There are certainly still very important details and documents we do require, but with our new online enrolment forms that you can access by clicking directly on the name of your local service above, this process has been made a little easier.

Ensure that you have attached all of the required documentation including an immunisation history statement, anaphylaxis information and information on any outstanding custody court orders.

If you are unable to enrol online, please call our office on (08) 6832 3825 or email [email protected] and we’ll email you a direct debit form and a REED service enrolment form.

Ensure you attach the required documents such as Immunisation History Statement

If you haven't done so already, you may now apply for CCS via your Centrelink online account

Once booking is confirmed, you will be sent an invitation to set up your online Xplor account for bookings and statements
