How to Enrol
Here at REED we aim to simplify our child enrolment process. There are certainly still very important details and documents we do require, but with our new online enrolment forms, this process has been made a little easier.
REED enrolments are managed by our central admin team not at an individual service level. To avoid any delays in your enrolment, please follow the enrolment process and ensure you have attached all of the required documentation such as Immunisation History statement (available online through your Medicare account), anaphylaxis information and provide information if there is any outstanding custody court orders. For those services that are yet to have a dedicated booking form please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy of our enrolment form or download one here. Below we have provided a simple overview of the enrolment process and a link to all REED services enrolment forms. We have also provided a list of links to other important documents.
